it is ready for the first coat of poly. Fingers crossed that I'll finish the poly by tomorrow and it will be ready to go down to Hattiesburg for him. I'm sort of proud of this.It's hard to get a good picture since it's so big and there's nothing on the deck to stand on. I'll hang it up or something once it's finished and get a good picture. Maybe.

This looks great! I'll bet your son is going to be over the moon when he sees it.
I won't be surprised if it becomes a prized item that gets handed down in the frat house.
Before I forget, here's the book sale site I was thinking of. It isn't as tidy-looking as I remembered - lots of ads to wade through - but it does show book sales by state and date. Perhaps there'll be something tasty in your neck of the woods!
